We want you to love your MOTHER denim, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for a printerless drop-off experience.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
